Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable unless the merchandise was damaged during shipping. Product damage during shipping is highly unlikely and we take every precaution to prevent this from happening, however if your package does arrive in less than perfect condition please contact us and we will do everything we can to make things right.
Please ensure that ALL shipping and billing information is correct before processing the order. Romantic Intimate Gifts is NOT responsible nor will we refund any packages sent to the wrong address due to incorrect order form completion.
Our policy could not be more simple. If we made the mistake you will get a full 100% refund. If you are returning the merchandise for any other reason, such as you ordered the wrong size or you no longer want it, than we will refund all but the Shipping and Handling Fee. Handling Fee is $5.00 and Shipping depends on the order. To avoid any confusion and to better serve you, we keep a record of all Shipping charges.
